Certified and Trained in chemical dependency, intervention and relapse prevention
The Victoria’s House team is directed by Elizabeth Minelian, CADC II. The team is comprised of trained and certified professionals in the fields of chemical dependency, intervention and relapse prevention. Further, all staff participate in a recovery program, and are able to offer mentorship and guidance to help residents discover their path to a strong and lasting recovery. For over twenty-five years, our founders have enjoyed strong relationships within the recovery community.
We feel it is important to note that the staff at Victoria's House are active in recovery programs, including AA, NA, Al-Anon, ACA and Coda. Everyone on our team regularly attends meetings, has a sponsor, and actively works the 12-steps.
Jenevieve Minelian, founder of Victoria’s House, has a far-reaching history in the Los Angeles and San Fernando Valley recovery community. Active in both AA and NA for over three decades, she overcame her own addiction to narcotics through years of struggle.
Along the way, Jenevieve became involved with multiple treatment programs that are well-regarded in the community. Her experience, and the relationships she developed help to serve her clients and their families on a daily basis. Jenevieve is a knowledgeable, compassionate and effective advocate on behalf of clients in crisis, one who can navigate the myriad challenges which often involved in a client’s early recovery.
Her passion for recovery combined with years of service work has qualified her in a way that is rare in the industry today.

While working for Cri-Help she obtained her CAADAC certification in 2006". Liz also became certified as an Anger Management Counselor, and is often asked to lecture on her experience working with incarcerated women. Liz also provides assistance with crisis intervention at Victoria's House. In addition to her work at Victoria’s House, Liz is pursuing her degree in psychology.
Kevin Lane: Kevin came to Victoria's House while looking for sober living in Los Angeles. Kevin’s passion and commitment to sobriety soon led him to become a staff member at Victoria’s House. Kevin has a BA in Business Administration from Middle Tennessee State University with a background working in the entertainment industry. Kevin’s ability to multi-task has enabled him to serve as both the Men’s Night Manager, and coordinator of Victoria’s House public relation needs. Kevin’s professional attitude has been a steady source of calm and consistency for the house.
David Cisneros: David is another veteran of the LA recovery scene. For over eight years, David has been involved with Cri-help and Socorro and is certified by CAADE.
